These terms and conditions apply to all taxi and transfer services provided by Niazai Taxi KG
through www.salzburgtaxi24.com.

2. Reservations

Reservations can be made online or by phone.

3. Cancellation & Free Cancellation

Free cancellation is possible up to at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Cancellations made later or no-shows may be charged.

4. Prices & Payment

Prices are based on the agreed fare or the applicable official taxi tariff. Payment is made in cash
or by arrangement.

5. Liability

We are not liable for delays or service disruptions caused by force majeure, traffic conditions, or
unforeseen circumstances.

6. Jurisdiction

Place of jurisdiction is Salzburg, Austria.
